Pre Sale Questions

All our products are handcrafted using the traditional Bagru hand block printing technique. Each piece is unique and reflects the beauty of Indian artisanal work, which means no two items are ever exactly the same.
Yes, we deliver all over India. We currently do not offer international shipping, but we plan to introduce it in the future.
Delivery usually takes: 3–5 business days in metro cities 5–7 business days in other cities and towns 7–10 business days in remote locations We’ll share a tracking link once your order is shipped.
After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number and a link via email or SMS. You can use that to track your shipment in real-time.
You can request a cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting us. Once it is shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process after delivery.
We accept returns only if: The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect The return request is made within 7 days of delivery The item is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging
